The new concept for the Primark Beauty department is centred around an immersive, story telling-driven experience. It focuses on engaging customers through narrative-driven displays, category signage and personalised product discovery. Each product category—such as skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances—has a unique story behind it, connecting the items to a journey or adventure.
Trending Tables and Hot Right Now walls enable customers to use the space to film content around product testing and reviews.
This concept invites shoppers to not only discover new products but to feel a connection to the products they choose, making each purchase feel like the next chapter in their personal beauty journey.
